Floyd wouldn't have had trouble fighting Hatton 'n Canelo at the same time.

On Fight Night, Hatton got KTFO. On Fight Night, Canelo went the distance with Floyd competitively and got a Majority Decision.

A Majority Decision is better than getting KTFO.

A legitimate MD, sure... But that 114-114 scorecard was an absolute joke :patsch

Canelo and his corner had to know he was way behind. He needed to take chances. Instead he took the route where he would lose a UD. So a UD is not better because he did not force Floyd to fight him like Hatton did.

So you would rather every fighter just came to last the distance against floyd than actually try and win if that's more competitive in your eyes?

At least hatton went for it and at least won some rounds, far more competitive than Alvarez.

The MD is just as bad as PBF-Oscar being an SD only trolls like yourself see it otherwise.

Hatton rocked Floyd in Round 1 and made him wobble.

Come on he hit him with a jab he wasn't expecting. Mayweather was just off balance, he was not hurt in anyway.

Hatton only landed 63 of 372 punches. Canelo landed at a higher percentage landing 117 of 526 punches. Canelo landed more power punches than Hatton's total punches.

In terms of effective punching Canelo gave Mayweather a tougher fight. But Hatton gave Mayweather a rougher more uncomfortable fight he just didn't land any punches to go with the pressure he applied.

    Hatton easily.

then you have to throw in the fact that Hatton wasn't a Welter and had Cortez to contend with.

are you giving credit for that dodgy card that made it a MD?

Hatton was fighting two people that night he fought Floyd. he was ripped off in a big way.

and Hatton never stopped pushing for the win. Canelo didn't do all that much if i'm honest.

Out of all those. I thought Ortiz (besides Cotto) gave Mayweather the biggest fits, in spots.

Other then that, just switch Ortiz and Guerrero.
