Tougher opponents, Froch or Calzaghe?

    I am still going with Calzaghe but not by much. Froch though continues to fight a lot of tough fighters in their primes.

    What he has gone through over the past years is plain ridiculous...

    Calzaghe.

    Froch has lost twice, once to Kessler and once to Ward. Calzaghe beat Kessler decisively and would have done the same to Ward.

    It's not just about who you face, its about who you beat. Calzaghe is light years ahead of Froch.

    froch has the tougher opponents, is the harder puncher, has the better chin, not because he hasnt been dropped, even though calzaghe's been dropped more, but because his chin was tested more often. I think froch, head to head, is stronger physically than calzaghe, and is the better fighter overall.

    How can so many people say Froch?

    I'm a fan of both, but clearly Calzaghe is a tougher opponent and a nightmare for many boxers out there today.
