Tougher Style for PBF - Cotto or Hatton?

    I'll repeat this because I know you will ignore it for the rest of the thread:

    OK. Lets make this REALLY simple.

    Stalking Mayweather = Gatti, Corrales, Judah, De La Hoya.
    Pressuring Mayweather = Chavez, Hatton and Castillo.

    Which was more effective?

    I don't agree with your analysis so how can I answer you question.

    Cotto has fought guys like Malignaggi, Quintana, Judah and Mosley. All boxers in preparation for Mayweather. :bbb

    Both styles are equally effective. It's Cotto's size and punching power that will give him a better chance. He's a more natural welterweight and it showed in his fights vs Mosley, Judah and Quintana. His punches had some serious sting. Ricky couldn't hurt Collazo.

    Cotto is everything Hatton is only stronger, with more power.
