    Is this even for debate?

yea easy really and then fighting at 130, 135, and 147 in a single calendar year give me ****in break

guy had only 1 fight at lightweight and then fights oscar, hatton, and cotto back to back

super bantamweight moves up to featherweight and fights prime Barrera and Marquez back to back with no tuneup at the new division, then a few months later moves up to super featherweight and fights Morales with no tuneup at the new division again.

Pac has the better resume but let's not discredit Floyd here. When Floyd was still at 130, the Barrera's, Morales's, and Marquez's were still fighting below 130.

Pacquiao's resume is overrated just like Pacquiao the fighter is overrated.

Besides Barrera, he never has legit beaten an elite fighter coming off a string of victories.

Morales was past it and severly drained. Just lost to Raheem. Marquez beat him X3. And beat him while moving up from lightweight.

Most of his opponents 140 and above have been Mayweather leftovers. Oscar, Hatton, Mosley, i'm surprised he hasnt called out Ortiz yet. Cotto and Margarito both looked horrible in their last fight prior to Pac.

Only thing that sets him apart is jumping 8 divisions. Well 7 considering the 8th was a bogus title shot against a guy coming off a destruction to Mosley and at a catchweight.

But considering that guys like Roy Jones and Mayweather was facing tougher competition in the US amateurs then Pac was facing in Thai high school gyms it and back alleys its really not that impressive.

Pacquiao, and not even by a little. Through their first two weight classes, Mayweather was ahead, but Pac has lapped Mayweather since then.

Pacquiao on fighters' names alone, however, losses and insanely close fights did happen, more than once or twice.

Mayweather is right behind him and considering he is undefeated with only one or maybe two close fights, Mayweather gets the nod. If they both died today, Mayweathers' feats and resume-proven skills are slightly better.
