toughness/headshape or size

    ive heard the myth a couple of times lately about fighters with round or big heads being able to take punches better,i immediatly thought of dempseys round head and realized alot of great fighters i could think of had round heads is there any edge to bigger head /tougher head like hearns had a slender head he was tough but could get ko,d by a good shot.i know its prob just a myth but couldnt find nothing realated to the subject on the net can you

    Jorge Castro had a huge head and a granite chin as did Victor Galindez so there could be something in it.But then again Wayne McCullough had the best chin I've seen and his melon was in proportion to his body so I think the theory is probably bull****.

    every argentinian fighter has a big head and they are tough as nails.

    i cannot even think of one argentian let alone a good lookin argentinian chick was that lopez chick on white man cant jump arg.----no she was philipino wasnt she ---i dont think the big head tough head thing is true but its kinda interisting

    Think mental played a part in it also. Ie, If you belive you cant get hurt or knockout, than they cant knock you out. Or so claims Jake Lamotta.

    i think clifford entienne's head was pretty round but he was not known for the best chin.
