He looks on-form, and could still make good on his amateur promise - but I feel like the stigma of losing in his pro debut is going to be something he carries for several more fights at least. Even if the fans regain confidence in him, those are demons he's going to struggle with...to be hyped up like that and blow it right outta the gate....takes a lot of mental fortitude to come back from that. Let's see how Robeisy does on that journey. So far, top marks.

Ramírez smashes Andujar right when Ward was in the middle of talking **** about the guy who smashed his boy. "Welcome to the big leagues."

Osuna stirring the pot, attempting to coax a call-out from Ramírez Carrazana of Stevenson (Robeisy is the last man to beat Shakur, in the amateurs)

If there a lot of early KO's, will ESPN dial up Tyson Fury and just let him talk nonsense for 20 minutes or so of filler time?

So I apologize if this is a stupid question, but what did Tim mean when he was talking about part of the reason he was pulled over was due to the kind of car he was driving? I was doing some stuff in the kitchen and didn’t hear the entire story. Was he just saying it was a type of car that police might associate with criminal activity or something like that?

I was always a Bradley fan in the ring, but his commentary career has left much to be desired. I saw real emotion in him there, as awful as it is to even have to share a story like that, I think it will help him emerge from his shell a bit.

Black dude in a nice car = woop woop!

Was the point he was making with the car reference.

that yes, and more so (my takeaway) was the fact that he needed to share this stark reality with his very young son, and basically ruin his innocence by having the "some people are going to hate you and wish violence upon you for no reason other than what color we are" conversation probably sooner than he wanted to.

idk that it was implied that racist cops were assuming bradley stole the car necessarily so much as them being jealous/enraged that an 'uppity one' had achieved material status above what they consider their station.
