For the record: thus far in their pro careers there is zero basis to suppose Jared Anderson is the better HW prospect than Vianello. The only reason Top Rank made Anderson's fight the co-main event instead of this one is because he's American. :deal:

Vianello is a little stiff with his upper body movement but he gets very good extension on his straight shots

    Awful stoppage.

Kevin Love looked light on his feet though, I would like to see him against someone with a pulse.

Not too sure about that stoppage.

    Round 1

Haynesworth comes out and immediately shows Vianello some of that roly-poly slickness. The ol' Jiggly Jell-o Philly Shell. Vianello can't penetrate with his first several attempts to plug a right hand into Haynesworth's chin, as the fat man flips the back of his left arm outward to deflect and yanks his upper half into a rearward sway, but eventually he gets a feel on the distance and times it just right past a lazy Haynesworth body jab, and Haynesworth is sent flat on his back. He rises quickly but looks a bit wobbly, and is waved off.

    KO1!!!

I guess because tyson fury said he was good work in sparring maybe he put a word in for him.

It was a combination of the way he fell backward (almost comically, with both arms in a swimming motion, like a reverse butterfly-stroke) and the glassiness in Haynesworth's eyes when he shot up ...probably too quickly for his own good. Should've ridden the count a couple of seconds to clear the cobwebs.

Ah, I wasn't hip to that. Must've been recent? I've actually heard of Vianello before today, unlike Anderson.

Early stoppage or not let’s be honest - this was only ending one way. Makes you wonder who the hell Haynesworth was fighting to go 16-3.

None of these 3 “main fights” are remotely competitive matchups. But at least boxing is back. I’m high on Jared Anderson. Think he’s a much better prospect than Vianello.

He was definitely wobbly from that shot but Nady should have given him another look. I don't ever like seeing a tall heavyweight bend down like that on the outside.

I don't think Haynesworth was going to last much longer anyway. Very poor form on that body jab by Haynesworth.

Yeah they said that tyson fury complimented him and said he had a bright future. I think he was in his camp for wilder.

By all accounts Anderson looked fabulous in his ring work with Fury. Similar to some of the accounts we heard about Terence Crawford as a sparring partner coming up, before breaking onto the scene. Not to say he’s going to be a heavyweight Crawford but there’s a definite buzz around his skills.
