TBH, I'm out of town and haven't looked into the validity of the offer. I'm going to check it out now.

I did see a tweet from someone saying that GBP would allow both networks to bid with highest offer getting the fight. Likely bull**** but that is something that could be negotiated if both went to the table in good faith.

Arum claims he is blackballed at Showtime and HBO has featured Donaire 4 times last year which helped him become fighter of the year so he won't take him to Show and **** of HBO. The ring and seen both have articles. Read Arum's statements and see if you can find anything in the 'contract' that contradicts his statements. Bottom line is Mares is not stuck with his mando. Better him than Donaire or Rigo. :D

The problem with your statement is that you are ignoring history.

This feud didn't start with them as promotinal entities. Both DLH and Mayweather left because Arum was '****ing with their money' when they were Top Rank fighters. The size of their purses once they left Top Rank only reinforces that point.

    YMMV.

I agree GBP were acting like ****-stirring, gossiping school girls back in 2009. Sucking up and blindly following the words of their cash cow without any thoughts on how bad it could be for business. Unprofessional, is an understatement. And I bet Oscar and Schaefer regret every bit of it.

But Bob himself has taken this war too far. I understand he’s pissed off about their mud-slinging antics, but he’s inflicted enough damage on them already – making two of their fighters defect and join his ranks. But it’s time to call peace now that this Pacquiao-Mayweather thing is all over, because his stubbornness is preventing a lot of great fights from happening. GBP were acting like bitches, yes, but almost 4 years of boycotting fights with them is more than enough now.

I'm too lazy to look it up, but when/who was the last GBP-TR fight?

Fighting and beating Mayweather's ass after taking the test would have eliminated any defaming and would have earned Bob and Pac way more money.

Wait. Stop. Didn't Arum rob Mayweather blind, leading to him not wanting to do business with him and initially leaving the Top Rank team?

No just stating some truth here if someone ****ed with your money you know damn well you wouldnt be ****ing with them lets leave all the rest of the bs out of it

This has nothing to do with Mayweather and yes there were issues when both figthers left Arum, However they have worked together recently in some pretty big fights, Vazquez vs Marquez, Margarito vs Mosley to name a few.

Arum was promoter so him ****ing with DLH and Mays money is kinda what promoters do. However I am not talking about what happened when they were under arum I am not even talking about Floyd, I am talking about TR and GBP and who really is to blame and can we honestly say we can blame them? and the truth of the matter is you know damn well if someone was ****ing with your money your not going to be doing business with them

    Surprising post.....

At the end of the day we should be supporting the boxers first.

The whole Mayweather started this is bull****, first of all need I mention the name Lance Armstrong in here.....the fact is extra testing is ALWAYS ALWAYS a good thing in competitive sports. Especially in one where you are legally allowed to punch your opponent in the face! We have seen Cyclists, tennis players, footballers, baseball players, track and field athletes all on PEDS yet hardly anyone is caught in boxing! :think

No one had to be defamed (how the **** is it defamed anyway look at what Ali said to Foreman or Fraizer) if the boxer in question didn't start to flip flop and just agreed to the tests. How anyone can support Team Pacquiao when you have Ariza saying Manny don't know what's in his shakes only I do - WTF!

Now Manny gets KTFO by Marquez who was asking for OSDT since the 3rd fight and Team Pacquiao wanted none of it then when they saw Marquez was looking much better at the weight Team Pacquiao (Roach) lies and says Marquez turned down OSDT. Now you have all the *******s (Roach included) celebrating that Mayweather got sued by Pacquiao yet accusing Marquez of roiding in the same breath - damn hypocrites

Now we have the same situation again that another fight will not be made in Donaire and Mares......Top Rank offers $1 Million to Mares and GBP offers $3 Million back and Top Rank just go ahead and make the Rigo fight - the same fight that a few weeks ago they didn't want to make. No counter offer, no nothing!

We have a red hot Rios who is in a rematch because all the talent in his division is signed to GBP and Arum refuses to work with them.

If that wasn't enough lets look at the facts.

Bob loved Oscar he was the second coming of Jesus when he fighting for him, now he is as dumb as rocks and was always rubbish.

Floyd was the greatest boxer since Mohammed Ali, now he is on his own he is a coward and cherry picker who is actually a limited fighter.

Miguel Cotto was an honorable warrior when he was with Bob, now he is scared shitless of Pacquiao and turning down career high pay days?

**** promoters in general but Bob gets an EXTRA big **** YOU from me.

And what's Alex Ariza's reason for hating Bob? He must know what we all know
