do you have vids to share? I haven't seen to much of his training

  5. -Sport-specific training in grappling, boxing and kick-boxing daily
-No weights but substituted these with pull-ups, push ups on parallel bars, and crunches etc
    -15km or more daily runs
    -Altitude training

What this doesn't tell you though is the quality of his training partners and his sparring partners. He trains with the best kickboxers including those from VOS gym and boxers for his standup and trains with the best Sambo/Judo/wrestlers for his ground game.

I take Fedor training anytime before the GSP one IMO.

its incredible how he could jump over those hurdles

  8. For Fedor's standup type out

    Mr. Perfect
(him and Fedor have perfected the 15 hooks combo)
    [yt]VB_bOkxZLM0[/yt]

    Tyrone Spong
(not a HW but gave Overeem one of his hardest fights)
    [yt]5wjmCKBnvCk[/yt]

    The Dream Catcher
(not a true HW but just defeated a HW champion)
    [yt]qiEVHROEPak[/yt]
    Then

    Denis Lebedev

These are just a handful of fighters that Fedor trains with for his standup. All these fighters would sh1t on anyone in GSP's gym in terms of actual top level kickboxing/boxing achievements and skills. Even the relatively inexperienced kickboxer in Gegard has still achieved far more.

Now forget about Fedor's ground game since hes already proven to be a Sambo and Judo expert expert.

gsp needs to fight other people than those lame matchups he gets in the ufc

i love gsp but i think he would loose in a tournament format, in jmma or if he gets matchuped against all the good international welterweights out there
