trainer joel diaz blind in one eye kicks ass...

Roach, Mayweather, and Diaz are handicapped one way or another. Goes to show one should never judge a book by it's cover! The young buc probably thought he should take it easy on Diaz and got a rude awakening. Diaz seems to be a hell of a trainer. Pretty damn good for one eye. Love the video :happy.

One of the first rules I've found out at a gym is never spar a trainer. You don't know what to expect.

I've seen Rob "bam bam" Heines (who was a champ in the 80's albeit very briefly) go 14 rounds and generally outwork all the young kids he was sparring and that guy must be pushing 50 at this point.

 

Yes I learned that rule out the hard way as well I also hear that Ernie Shavers who's close to 60 does the same thing at his gym ..I have never sparred with my trainer again just done pads ...
