I would suggest that 3 KO losses at 3 different stages of his career against 3 differing levels of opposition suggests he was limited from the word go.

I thought he was better than his record. I assumed he got KO'd by Swaby due to youth and inexperience. I assumed he was KO'd by Haye due to gulf in class at the very highest level. But there are no real excuses to come from losing a fight he should have won and his continual setbacks suggests he's reached his level and has nothing else to offer.

Enzo is a good coach but he has made mistakes and has flaws like every coach in the game.

If Enzo hadn't sparred and Pryce hadn't seen tape then those are extremely bad mistakes.

Maybe Enzo has become a realist and knew that he could do no more with Pryce or Macca. They have never exactly been the most gifted boxers of all time.

You say that but Pryce could always be ranked high domestically and in Europe. Macca can also always be ranked in the top 10. Both Pryce and Macca underperformed.

Thats bull****. I dont believe that for a minute. If they didnt prepare adequately thats as much there own fault as there coaches.

Ranked high by whom ? I make my judgement based on his performances and for me he has always been an average LMW with very little skill or ring nouse.

They did not underperform they were outclassed by better more ring savvy opponents.

I agree that guy was more ring savvy than Enzo.

That comes from all the good quality sparring he has done over the years - Camp Calzaghe are amateurs - Enzo has never had good sparring down there - punching pads and bag cannot fully make up for lack of quality sparring

I agree that it is their fault as much as the coaches but it's the coaches job to prepare them. If both guys were not thinking about sparring etc then its Enzo's job to step it in and ensure they do the necessary.

Pryce was the LMW Commonwealth champion who has some good wins. He is obviously ranked high domestically and with the right run can challenge in Europe.

They did underperform, less so for Pryce. Enzo's fight was there to be won and he was in fact winning. He underpeformed because his strategy and training were off. Enzo can come back better than that. For Pryce, he fought a fighter who looked great on the night.

I'm not sure what Hall can do but he looked imposing and devastating.

I went for a little "holiday" and returned on Friday.

Enzo Macc is a bad result for him and welsh boxing - how can he unify titles now - he is back to sqaure one :dead

People shouldn't make out Ola is James Toney. Olas game saw him get outworked and lose numerous rounds. His toughness cancelled out his technical flaws.

I find that incredulous?!?! How on earth can you call your self a boxer and not have done any sparring? Much less to even find a guy YOUR weight to spar with?! Thats a joke and a monumental shambles.
