:risas3: predicting that Horn will drop his belt and straight up duck. This is unfortunate since Horn is probably one of the best in house fights that could be made.

I wonder how massive an underdog Horn will be against Crawford. I'm guessing 8/1 at least.

Probably. I wouldn't be that mad if Horn fought Vargas or Pac instead of Crawford. But moving up to fight ****ing Mundine? Really?

    Horn will fight Crawford next.

Articles like this are intended to get him a better deal for doing so.

    Horn 6.50, Crawford 1.08.

You can bet the fight now.

Yeah I see that as a strategy. But he'd probably make more fighting all of the retired Aussie boxers than one fight with Crawford. He can bring Geale out of retirement too and fight him at 160. Getting dismantled by Crawford kills his stock.

Mundine is the only one who brings the $.

But if Horn was going to fight him, he already would have.

The $2 million offer was on the table before the Corcoran fight.

They seem committed to fighting Crawford, but expect a few more of these type of articles before the fight gets made.

They'll want to know they're getting top dollar before signing on the dotted line.

Would the Aussies really be bothered about Horn v Mundine without a belt at stake?

Mundine doesn't deserve the fight get Horn v Crawford on.

Yes. Mundine fights always do big numbers when he is opposed to anyone decent.

He was a high profile athlete in Australia before he ever took up boxing.

He's also got a big mouth which helps sell tickets.

Horn won't fight him though. Mundine's offer will be used as a bargaining chip to get a better deal for facing Crawford.

What did he do before boxing? Well I hope you're right. But you still haven't convinced me. I don't see him fighting Crawford next.

Played rugby league at the top level. It's the most popular winter sport in Australia's most populous state.

Mundine has the profile in Australia that a top NFL player would have in the US or Premier league soccer star would have in the UK if they suddenly quit their football code & took up professional boxing (which is what Mundine did).

Domestic cash grab nothing more. I said the other day that we as boxing fans should Boycott this fight en masse should it happen
