Training 3 X's a day killing me. What natural PEDs should I take?

    Enough protein for not losing your muscles and save them, also enough carbs and fat for the energy aspect. Do not forget the vegetables. Water, water, water, water, water. Solid mixture of some supps like vitamins(c,b12,d3,k2), zinc, magnesium for example. maybe some arginin for a better blood circulation and nutrient utilization.

    How quickly did you increase your training? If it is possible for your body to adapt to what you are doing to it, maybe not that quickly? Potentially back off a bit until you feel right and then increase over a longer time.
