Two best exercises for abs in my experience : * Incline sit ups. If you can do 20 easily, then start doing them weighted. Holding a weight plate on your chest, for 10 to 20 reps. (You can go heavier sometimes for lower reps, 5 to 9 reps) * Medicine ball drop/thrown at your abs by training partner or coach. Main thing to remember is guard your b*alls. But that should be instinctive.
Ken Norton ate like horse and had fantastic abs. He only did two ab movements: leg raises and sit ups.
