Training before a fight

    How do you train before a fight? Nice to hear some examples.

    do you mean like day of the fight, day before the fight, or the period of time before the fight as in a week prior. Be more specific... Don't train at all day of the fight, day before the fight train very lightly.. this is just basically to keep the weight off and keep yourself warm to the ring, and while training for the fight you train as hard as you can.. You leave it all in the gym.

    Take the day before the fight off. The day of the fight most people will do light pad work beforehand. Other than that nothing on the day of. Leading up to train your ass off. Tone it down in it down a little bit in the last week. You don't want to be burnt out on your fight day.
