Hi guys, I am running a training camp for boxers up at the Dooralong Valley Resort on the Central Coast, from 10-12 April. The camp will have a strong focus on conditioning, as well as power development and recovery techniques. The cost is $600, and includes travel from, and back to Sydney (pick up and drop off at airport for interstate fighters), as well as accomodation, food, etc. The resort is an awesome place for this type of event and I know the fighters will leave very inspired!
