my cousin got beat up cause she cant fight for **** so now i have to train her and im not good at that so i was wondering how should i do everything?
should i work on it like this?
    first stance
    then jab
    then foot work
    then right straight
    then left hook
    and uppercut
of course shes gonna run, sit ups, push ups, mits, etc

whats a good program to get her to do cause everything we do is always different so i dont really no what to do

id do footwork before the jab IMO... and if ur really not good at training, get her into a gym, or she could end up being taught bad habits.

Do you mean she got beat up in a street fight or in an actual boxing match?

First, she needs to wash all of your cars.
Next, she needs to paint your fence.
Then she should paint your house.
Then she needs to sand the floors.

Seriously, if she's getting beaten up, you should just tell the authorities. Getting into street fights is not worth it.

If she's boxing, get her in a gym, (so amy can eventually have some competition)

If it's street fighting, you should tell the authorities or train her to use mace or something, boxing won't do too much good

Better yet- Make her pack heat! :gun

Agreed, pepper spray is probably her best bet if it's some sort of street fight. I can't imagine boxing working too well in a scuffle between two girls.

Seriously man, if you care about your cousin, then advise her to join a gym or do her best to avoid the situations that might lead to a fight, you might do more damage than good to her, I totally understand your good intentions. But lets get real here

I agree with that. I think she might want to join a boxing gym either way. If she wants to be a boxer, she needs to be taught by a real trainer. If she got beat up in a street fight in front of friends and/or family, her confidence level will be low; and this sport is the ultimate in building or rebuilding mentality, confidence, and many other attributes. There are just as many people who do it for just that, rather than for the love of the sport.

boxing or any martial arts for self defence sounds kinda dumb... the best way to defend yourself is to run from danger at all times and of course nothing beats having a pepperspray(thats what some police somewhere uses instead of guns i believe) one on one confrontations can easily be solved by multiple leg kicks, example:

not to rain on your parade or get you to kill me but 2 years of boxing wont qualify you to teach anyone...

if she is not planning on going amateur and doing this for a hobby tho, just teach her basic punches then do mittwork with her and let her hit the bags once in a while.

    alrights goodluck and have fun
