I think they are most likely on the ropes. 10min57sec - what is the main beneficiary of this ? Is it for power? 11min57sec - what is the full excercise? Just a sit up with a medicine ball? Thank you for your response. I did try it with my legs on the ropes but my balance was all off. Makes sense that someone is holding your legs. I cant see that video - do you have another link?
