Hey guys, at the moment pretty much everything i do is cardio work but i want to put some muscle on. I have a very fast metabolism and have always stayed lean and around the same weight. Problem is i work away a lot and find it hard to find time to get too a gym and dont have any space for any weights etc at home. Is there any basic stuff i can do other than the likes of push ups and sits to help me put on muscle?
pull ups , reverse pull ups , tricep dips, are very good for strength also try some bodyweight exercise pages
