ross trainings work capacity 101 was always a good drill for me. i was doing it 3 times a week, boxing 3 times a week , a circuit class and obviously on the days i was doing ross's work capacity 101 id do sprints and bodyweight exercises.

workout 101 is 5 chin ups , 10 med ball slams, 15 burpees and 20 star jumps, every 2nd minute for 20 mins. so 10 rounds no rest between exercises , once the 4 exercises are done you rest until the next 2nd minute (eg 4th min)

    50 chins
    100 med ball slams
    150 burpees
    200 star jumps.

if you do that couple times a week plus your boxing training, interval and sprints youd be getting pretty fit i reckon. Obviously variety is key. i often use ross trainings drills and just change the exercises to mix it up a bit
