I'm about to work out in a minute my routine looks like this Chin ups (Varies everyday I am working on a routine to get to 50 while my current max is 16) Dips (4 sets of 15) Push ups (4 sets of 25) Rows for Rear Delts (2 sets of 15) Squats (2 sets of 20) Box Jumps (2 sets of 15) Lunges (2 sets of 15 with 25 lbs weight in each hand) Ab work (I follow the 20 minute Pacquiao routine on youtube)
