Can anyone recommend me some good black man's music from the 60's or 70's? I need to get a little more rhythm to my movement. I watched the documentary 'When We Were Kings' a while back, and this is the music I'm talking about. Any recommendations?

Godsmack, AC/DC, Metallica, Trivium and that sort of thing. I need to be fired up when i train and I have to block out everything so fast heavey music helps. Depending on what type of traing im doing, the aboves just for cardio really.

 

Then you should check out some Sodom, Kreator, Celtic Frost or Slayer.

 

Nah not a big fan of Mark Morrison to be honest.
I never could handle Return of the Mack.
