Do you guys go full-out, keep things as normal or take time off? I love training over the festive period, mainly due to how boring it can get at home! Haha. I've always tried seeing where my 1RM's are at/trying to end the new year with new numbers. I also try to get in LOTS of volume work (think complexes) & cardio to keep the inevitable weight gain at bay. So, yeah, I end up training A LOT. You?
