Could you give me a training plan ? To train 3 times a week during 2 month? Could you explain me how to build a training session, or tell me if there is a good book for ? Because i already train but i had the feeling that i don't progress in globality. i'm looking for building a good trainning, session after session and improve some things after 1 month , others after 2 or 3 but still keeping a globality in the training.
