Does anyone have any downloadable playlists for training time??

What's the best music to train to? Hatton says Oasis, a coach I knew trained to Samba - he used to step and punch to it.

Comes down to you I suppose.

Certain types of music can have positive effects on training. Power lifters for example seem to like heavy/death metal to train to.

Try a few different genres and see how you feel.

if its a technical, learning or back to basics footwork day i like soul like Bill Withers, or country (Johnny Cash American Records albums).

general day some positive hip hop like dilated peoples (kindness for weakness, you cant run you cant hide)

high intensity days heavy metal like Clutch
