Looking for some opinions, Started training about 8 month ago and have been real committed to it going several times a week and brought my fitness right up with roadwork. I want to go as far as i can and hoping to have my first amateur bout soon. the problem is ive got a new job working offshore which is a 2week on / 2week off rota. I can use a gym whilst at work which has weights, treadmills and a heavy bag but obvisiously no trainer to guide me and improve the my technique. Basically just thinking if it will be too hard for me pursuing boxing only having 'technical training' for 2 week of the month. thanks for any input.
Definitely not idea ... but if you work hard enough on your cardio and on the heavy bag and such while you're offshore it's worth a try.
