i've been going to a boxing gym for two months but i know i'm not training smart. i've done some research online and theres just too much information to condense into one workout routine to do in addition to my daily boxing class. i need one good source to follow. i saw a reference to how-to-box.com. i checked out the twelve week program on the site, and i was just wondering if anybody has any experience with it. also, i developed shin splints from sprinting a little too hard one day. i read that i should rest my legs for something like 2 or 3 months but i cant do that. is there anything in particular that helps? i already ice them for 15 minutes a day and have been sort of taking it easy.
