Well, do you already have pro fights under your belt? Pro fighters work their way up to twelve round fights after lots of fights with less rounds...

8 to 14 weeks are the usual training camps. The guys with the longer training camps always seem to be that little bit better. Hatton usually does 12 to 14.

That's awesome, dude. I kinda figured you had some fights under your belt, otherwise you wouldn't be getting ready for a twelve round fight. (Or if you didn't, then you'd be in some trouble, haha.) Good luck and keep us updated.

What is your daily workout? how many rounds are you doing on the different bags, sparring, how much running are you doing?

Try some intense pad/mitt work with your trainer if your not already doing that always seems to kick my ass worse than anything:lol: whats the breakdown of your gym routine?

    Shadow box-
    Skipping-
    Heavy Bag-
    speed/double end-
    Mitts-

I always count sparring as extra as we don't spar as hard/often

Hatton does practice some dirty moves, he also practices shoving, manouvering etc
