Training schedule.

    Didn't have any fights, sparring in the gym was as far as I got. That will change in the future :)
    But the point I was trying to make, my Scandinavian chum, is that the way I see it, boxing more often is better. If you remove the strength workouts, a normal boxing workout, after about a month, will be more timing, skills rather than making your body recovering like crazy all the time, like when you're powerlifting and keep pushing the numbers. After about 4 months, I could go 8x2min rounds on the heavybag. I trained at medium intensity too, I wasn't incredible or anything, just dedicated.
    I return to the gym in a few weeks, can't wait!
