would you recommend doing any strength work or keep it solely cardio? I'm very out of shape atm and I'm looking to lose 10-12 kg's (of fat). don't have much muscle mass atm either as I haven't been going to the gym. Would it be best to do both cardio and strengthwork ?cheers
Drink three 8oz glasses of water with every meal. The pounds will melt off of you. When you hit a plateau; then the cardio will burn off the rest rather quickly. Don't go below 8% body fat or you will be prone to nose bleeds.
