Ok so i did some major leg circuits on wednesday and my legs are stil real sore. They hurt when i go up the stairs even. So should i go training today as ive only been once day this week. Or should i Just go for a light jog??
squats, sprints up hill (knees to chest), alternates, burpees, leg extension, step ups, skipping, leg raises Ok for you lot it may not be alot but I dont do leg circuits this was my first time doing leg circuits with the coach. Well yea so im sore. Also id do upper body but its a 5 mile walk to there lol. Im thinking whether i should do just a light jog.
It was painful...well anyway i didnt go but i did go for a jog and did loads of stretching and im better now thanks guys
