Hey hows it going guys, I just wanted to post this training vid of me on the pads to get some feedback on my techinique. I have not competed for 2years since I had a car accident but have been training consistently lately and hope to get back in the ring real soon. My coloc is a boxing coach for 6 yrs and he said that you need to work on your uppercut because you start it too low and look like bowling move...But keep working on your skills you have a nice one-two and keep working upper body movement more and when your punchin move your hips more with your punches...:good
