Hi everyone just wondering on some of your opinions...

Last few days ive not been feeling a 100% mouth ulcers, headache , fatigue, sore throat , cough etc kind of flu sythoms well thing is im boxing in under 2 weeks , I rested yesturday because it was my rest day anyway but today I dont feel any better but I feel the need to train as I dont want hinder my fitness for my fight :/

Whats everyones opinion on training when ill so close to a fight and should I go running and training or not risk myself getting worse?

A few days should be enough to fully recover, you'll have 1.5 week left to train. It's not ideal but **** happens. Don't train when ill, let your body recover. You also don't want to bring your bacteria to others in the gym.

  8. Drink lots of fluids! Hot honey, lemon and ginger if you can, 2 teaspoons honey 2/3 lemon teaspoons, 1 teaspoon ginger. Eat plenty of decent food also. Try and get a good night sleep tonight.

Good luck mate, training when ill will just make it worse, try and rest and recover quickly!
