what are your thoughts on training ill? I currently got a sore throat + a bit of dizzyness but i feel it a bit in my chest. Would it be being lazy or a good precaution to take today off to sort it out?
sorry but it's not about you ,think about the others in the gym ,don't pass on your germs,,,,:deal ,,,if your training solo then take time of to recover you will only be annoyed with yourself not training as good as normal theres allot of days in a year train hard & enjoy the days off :silly
As said above.. think about the others. Also, training when sick can be very dangerous so i suggest taking a rest and getting back out there 101%
my sparring partner was ill a while back and he decided to train. during sparring he wasnt as good/ sharp as usual but we still finished our spar. Next day i wake up feeling like **** Mofo gave me his illness and i had to pullout of my bout which was at the end of that week. Was in bed for a fortnight! Never forgave the guy
