Hitting the bag,jump-roping,running, with a mouth piece.....does it help you get used to the breathing?
see people do it all the time but i don't. every body's different though and different things work for different people. Try it
I wear it when I'm hitting pads. Keeps me used to wearing it, and my trainer can whack me with a pad if I drop my hands.
i get the guys that are having there first fight to train with all there fight gear on for three weeks b4 a fight. mouth gaurd head gear ball gaurd the boots they will wear. just so they get use to it.
thing is with trainin with your headgear is wen you fight you get given 1 and cuz your so used to urs it feels stuffy
