    Hey everyone,
    just a short question:
Well, my goal is fighting in the amateurs. Im training 6-7days a week+ roadwork, but my coach teaches boxing only 2 days. So im training 4 days on my own.. What do you guys think about this? Id love to train with a coach everyday but this isnt possible in my actual gym..Should i change the gym?? Have you guys similar problems?
    Thanks for every answer,
    Copax

same thing here, exactly the same.. are you from croatia? :)

i think we should change the gym. that will be more expensive, but your (and mine) goal would be closer then now. Because we would have more adequate training and improving would be faster and better.

I train 3 days a week at the boxing gym with a coach, the other day's i'm left to my own devices..My advice if you're just starting off would be to just do the 2 days in the gym then do 2 days of circuits and one of sprints or something like that..Just things to keep you fit that you won't learn bad habits from, some of the other posters are a hell of a lot more knowledgeable than me though
