I dont think he even beats a prime Kostya..thought he still gives him hell..Its a style Kostya doesnt like.

I would say Cervantes, Ortiz, Pryor, Chavez, Napoles, Loi, Ross, Taylor, Sweet Pea, Locche, McClarin beat him clearly and with varying degrees of ease. I could go on with many more names.

Cant really coment on guys like Arcari, Larkin and Berg but their resumes and reputations suggest it would not go to well for Ricky.

He wouldn't even have beaten an aging Kostya had it been on neutral ground with a
    " fair " referee.

He'd be lucky to beat a prime Vince Philips and again, it has to be on neutral ground with a " fair " referee. :yep

You can look at it that way..But its a nod to the rich history of division aswell, not just a negative outlook of Ricky..Some may say it isnt the strongest weight historically but many excellent fighters resided there at one time or another.

Some of his fans want him so badly to be considered a great at 140 that its inevitable that he is going to be compared to these guys. I think he has earned the right to be..its just he isnt as good as a lot of them.

Yeah, some of the guys who would rank pretty highly H2H at 140, didn't stay there very long.

Oscar De La Hoya was only there for a short time, same as Floyd Mayweather and Pernell Whitaker.

You'll find very few people who would pick Ricky Hatton over any of those 3 H2H at 140, but there'll be a lot more who rank Ricky above them all time at 140, due to achievements/length at the division.

Ok, just so we know the rules... the night he fought tszyu, he was fast, accurate, impervious to pain..On top of that , insane heart, and VERY agressive..He gives ALOT of guys a hard time..who might he come out on top of?

Of the guys worth remembering at 140 Im struggling to pick him over any.

There have been quite a few titlists over the years he could knock off though, but they were mostly shortlived ones.

Not many, but some fights are refereed like that. I dont think it was cheeting but if definitely suited Hatton. That fight was a non stop wrestling war. I cant imagine many fighters Hatton wouldnt be able to beat when it's just a wrestle war..only the big physical guys would be a chance. Tszyu is pretty strong himself so he was able to compete well.
