No he is not . . . Concepcion is a tough SOB. He survive a lot of damaging headshots against Banal and stopped him later in the fight. It's not gonna be easy. There's chance that Arce will gas out in the later rounds.
The last time I saw Arce fight . . . he is trying to gasped for air in the later rounds . . . so let's see . . . I'm rooting for Arce though.
How's Concepcion going to catch Arce with anything meaningful using that 12 1/2 inch reach of his(according to Boxrec:rasta )
Well not suprising because Banal lacks the exposure at this point . . . and that fight was supposed to be his ticket to bigger fights but he lost. The young fellow (Banal) is a gifted fighter my friend . . . he just needs some more experience and seasoning.
He is ok but I think his power is overrated. I think he needs a couple of more fights before he gets another title shot. :smoke
