Diamonddave....i'm also a lawyer and agree this is a tough case and he can only hope for a reduction if his lawyer puts forward good mitigation aguments.

at 13 she won't be blameworthy of sh#t as classed as doli incapax and the onus is on the dude to be sure of she's legally old enough. looks like he's going down for some time!

I also heard he was caught dealing drugs to undercover police which doesn't exactly show a good record :-(

 

Kaufman's biggest mistake on this is that he's a guy and not a teacher with nice tits hooking up with a student. That would just get him a year in minimum security if anything, and a shitload of interviews and magazine/tabloid coverage.

 

Lock him up and throw away the key.

Was it **** or statutory ****. Dont get me wrong, either one he should be locked up but at least with statutory **** there is the posibility that the girl lied about her age and in other countries...mexico's age limit I believe is like 13(could be wrong) so he has a bit of case. If he just blatantly raped a 12 year old girl, the guy should be hanged.

Unfortunately even at prison, I seriously doubt he'd get the treatment he deserves. Hes a national level HW boxer...he'll probably make the place his home and cell rapists usually go for much much weaker targets. In time he will be the one doing the raping.
