yes folks you knew I would post this. He fought a dumb fight and his Glass Jaw let him down. Had he fought a more intelligent fight he had a chance.
He had a very good chance but lets be honest. Arreola is far more experienced. Walker didn't know how to survive when he was hurt where Arreola did. That was the big difference.
100% accurate. Arreola did the right things to survive and dominate. Walker should have clinched or taken a knee. Bad strategy by Walker.
You go in there against Chris Arreala.. you're just one of those losers who think any fighter who gets knocked out has a glass jaw. Thats boxing, people punch each other hard and someone gets knocked down. Travis Walker got hit by some huge punches it kinda reminded me of Haye Barrett.
Yeah, thatt kind of shallow nonsense irks me, too. Getting KOed may mean you've been caught with a hard shot, not so much that you've necessarily got a glass jaw. :blood A glass jaw crumbles when hit with mediocre/light shots. Walker was nailed with heavy shots, so how do we discern that he's got a glass jaw? I don't understand how someone comes to that conclusion, when Arreola is a hard puncher. If Walker was dropped by Eddie Chambers, I'd then say he had a glass jaw. LOL
For the most part, fighters that get knocked out, particularly those who get knocked out cold, DO have glass jaws. :yep
It is Heavyweight Boxing and no glass chins. Walker could drop Vitali with a body shot in sparring :smoke
I find it ironic how Walker, at his lowest fighting weight of his career, could only go about 4 1/2 minutes before being totally gassed. Meanwhile, the overweight Arreola was just starting to bring the heat. Walker really needs to look at his gameplan.
