This is a tremendous brawl. No need for boxing. However, Tim has a long list of names that he beat while Berbick only has a handful. Tim wins a clear decision, but Berbick takes some rounds himself. Both hurt many times. No knockdowns. One of the best potential 80s heavyweight matchups imo.

If it goes 15, the last 5 rounds are super comical, both absolutely exhausted.

These are the kind of fantasy fights I can get behind. No time machine needed. In most scenarios I'd favor Witherspoon. But if Berbick was up and motivated, and Witherspoon was in one of his periodic troughs, Berbick takes it by a fairly wide margin.

I can't see Berbick doing more than gaining an SD.

Well, I'm not trying to discourage you from your opinion sweetsci. I just wanted to know how you reached that conclusion.

    I'll challenge that statement.

Witherspoon: Gonzalez, 91 Williams, Bruno, Tubbs, Smith, Broad, Page, Tillis, Snipes

Berbick: Tate, Page, Green, Thomas, Bey, shot Ali.

Thomas is the best win between them.

Probably so about Thomas. I'm not questioning Berbick's wins, I just believe it's obvious that Spoon could keep a consistent winning streak going longer. He lost three times in the 80s to Berbick's six. Plus Spoon faced many more big names and still managed to beat most of them. Trust me, I'm not hating on Berbick. I love Berbick, probably even more than I like Spoon.

at thier best Tim would beat Trever. Trever very tough guy, much better than given credit for. But Tim was a world class boxer/puncher at his best with very nice defense

Berbick is not going to hurt Tim many times. Not a chance. It's highly dubious that Tim hurts Trevor many times too.
