I dont know how much work bryan put in for this fight, For all that we know he may look just slightly better than in his last fight against guidry.
But man is he Confident and full of self belief. And thats a DANGEROUS Fighter for anyone. Dubois better try get rid of him early.

    My thoughts exactly...
I don’t think we can predict s**t with any conviction until we see Bryan’s weight.
This will tell how committed he is for this fight.
I think Bryan comes in heavy and DDD dummies him.
    We shall see.

Whoops. No, I mixed up Franklin with Bryan. It's been such a long time since I've seen Franklin, I must've merged him with the other dopey looking mediocre American Heavyweight who's going nowhere fast. That being said, I remember Bryan vividly from the Stiverne and Guidry fights, my recollection of Franklin is hazy. So my point still stands.

Just by looking at him, something tells me Bryan can't take a punch. So while it could be risky, it wouldn't be the worst bet in the world.

Bryan has been dropped during his career. He suffered a knockdown against Stacy Frazier - a fight that I believe took place right before his fight with Rossy. Frazier was no featherfist, but I believe he was in his mid-40s when Bryan fought him. Trevor went on to stop Frazier in the fight. Anybody can get caught - but it's not good to be caught by a guy whose handspeed can be accurately measured with a Calendar. Even when Bryan did beat Derric Rossy...well Rossy was a skilled/awkward/determined guy...but he definitely wasn't known for being a big hitter or having quick hands.

Stiverne was no longer a serious opponent when Bryan fought him. It's very possible that Jonathan Guidry actually *was* the most consequential opponent Bryan has fought since he fought Rossy. And Guidry is not a big hitter and didn't even have the benefit of a proper camp when he got the call to face Bryan.

Bryan has never really faced a truly heavy handed opponent before and I'm betting he'll make a quick exit once DuBois lands big stuff. Won't take long.

I just watched the fight and i was almost exactly right. Dubois is gatekeeper level. He's a one dimensional slugger with minimal ring generalship. He's so stiff im suprised he can even throw a proper combination, it's crazy.

This is why i never had a preference for low IQ sluggers like him. They never get far

This is the most bizarre boxing event ever

    -Filmed on an 80s camcorder
    -National anthems butchered
    -Local bingo hall style venue
    -Matchbox size boxing ring
    -Bryan resembling a school janitor
-Not too mention the screeching witch ringside

Hopefully this event is the end of Don King as a promoter.

This was all a setup. Because Bryan had to go out much earlier he had to abort his nap time. He was half asleep in the ring still. Don king should sue for a no contest

I was disappointed by Dubois performance. I mean he dominated from the opening bell, but he didn't really start to land his big shots until the last minute of the 3rd.
This "fight" should have been over by that point, because like expected Bryan had absolutely nothing.

I've woken up this morning still angry I stayed up to watch that tripe. How on God's green earth did a feeble oaf like Bryan ever hold any sort of belt?
