Reality ... Manuel Charr and Oquendo both file injunctions to prevent the fight. Fight is delayed then rescheduled. Bryan ends up fighting Stiverne rematch.

 

Charr was inactive long before 2020 th.
He still had some kind of belt, this was strange.
I think Charr gladly had some fight cos otherwise he as so long years inactive will loss his place in rankings.
