Hammer fists and spinning back costs are allowed too, but only striking with fists and clinching and punching or hammerfisting from the clinch is allowed
The rules benefit Mir as he has experience fighting within that type of striking environment. He also gets to clinch wrestle and dirt box. If Pulev comes in without training thinking it’s a super easy W then it’s a fight he can lose.

So the format is still music entertainment mixed with fighting. They should've had Briggs vs Pulev. Damn they even mixed in some WWE fake confrontations lol.
MMA guy came to fight, and is benefiting from the clinch and dirty boxing. This is an interesting concept, and im definitely into it.
They are innovating with Triad, looks interesting. You can't really run in that ring. That dude got pushed out of the ring. They should add some microbikini female fighting too.
