    What did Vargas accomplish? He was beaten by every good fighter he fought. Knocked out! He beat Wright before Wright came into his own as a good fighter. Taylor beat Hopkins and went 12 rounds two times with him. Vargas would have been stopped by Hopkins.

    Taylor wasn't a 2X champ was he? Youngest at his class? Not to mention he won a RAZOR THIN decision over B-HOP. I score it 7-5 Taylor but it was close.

    Based on accomplishments Vargas did more than he did. I am not swinging on nuts here.

    Taylor is not garbage. He has accomplished a lot in boxing and did a damned good job for boxing for most of the fight, he never gave up either. He showed lots of heart against Froch.

    Threw less than 30 punches a round against Spinks
    Beat up a tiny Ouma
    Barely squeaked by B-Hop...many had him losing at least 1 fight
    Got his ass bombed by Pavlik
    Lost to Pavlik again
    Beats the snot out of Froch and can't stand on his feet

    Yeah the guy is a world beater

    No one on here is saying he's a world beater, but he's far from being as bad as you claim. He's only lost to two fighters. Yes he's been in several close fights, but so have a lot of fighters. That is usually what separates the good fighters from the average ones: the ability to pull out the tough fights.

    Dude, he has the potential to be very good if he could just relax in the ring and learn how to put away his opponents when they're hurt.

    Man, you really should have more respect for a fighter who just went to war for your entertainment. Trolls like you are the reason why boxing isn't a bigger sport in America. You have no appreciation for tough fighters that take calculated risks in the ring. No Taylor isn't the greatest fighter in the world, but he sure is an entertaining one.
