yeah man for sure.... the fact that you write me off for not believing in a 'one cures all' for 'back pain' really has me shattered. Sarcasm may be the lowest form of wit, but functions as the highest form of sapience.
There you go again spouting your worthless opinion which has nothing to do with the topic, it would be like me going into a thread about sparring and talking about bench press.
yep & having a one cure for all back pain, is like ordering wheels for your car & saying, please can i have 4 wheels for my car?... sure, what kind of car?.. it doesnt matter! just 4 wheels for my car. i went to the physio with back pain, along with about 5 doctors & had 3 scans. nobody told me about this. funny that.... :rasta
Nope dont have back pain, never said i did. got reffered to a physio by my General Physician, PT diagnosed me with a rotator cuff injury and told me i have knots in the back of my shoulder and that i should massage the trigger points with a tennis ball.
If the problem is muscle knots it will, if not there's one less possibility. I don't see how it could be a bad thing.
I dont know why he is going on about back pain though, the site says nothing about curing back pains.
i used my finger on the pressure point in my shoulder after having a stiff neck and it worked a treat.you can actually feel the muscle relax can't you :good:good.it has the same effect as a tens machine
god **** me.. whats this then? atsch http://www.triggerpointbook.com/backpain.htm still running your mouth calling people 'idiot'
Well i didn't give you that link did i smart ass? I just glanced through the back pain part and nowhere does it say, its a magical cure. tell me do you know what muscular knots are?
