The body doesnt "spot" lose weight thats a myth. Seriously dude do your homework. Start by using your legs and running the block for 30 minutes. Burn more than you intake and your bound to loose weight.
I'm confused on what you're asking. If you're talking about having fat on your legs, work hard and eat less.
Unfortunatley it is not possible to target weight loss for a certain area of the body...... So I suggest just a general weight loss plan will be best. Morning runs are very good for weight loss...doing this, some people will see weight fall off their legs and other stomach etc.... it depends entirely on the person.
less strength work eg weights,heavy lifting etc, more endurance work,long distance running ,10k plus.:thumbsup
