Trinidad (From Joppy Fight) VS. Pavlik (Taylor fights): Who Wins And Why?

Trinidad hit too hard and would have koed Pavlik before the 6th round. The only reason Bernard Hopkins beat Trinidad was because he frustrated Trinidad and got him off balance and then caught him with combinations. If Hopkins would have fought Trinidad like he said; then Trinidad would have knocked him out!!!!
Pavlik has little defence and that was his downfall against somebody like Trinidad. Felix hit too hard!!!

 

I think Pavlick walks him down. I don't think Tito was able to handle it as a middleweight.

 

now...lets think about this. bhop beat pavlik the same way, but somehow tito hitting too hard is the key :think

This is a tuff one to call:huh Pavlik is the more naturally bigger guy,and probably better chin, but tito is the better fighter so i think ill go with tito at middle punching power is probably the same? good thread cuz its an even matchup, but got to go with the better all around fighter so im gonna pick tito by late stoppage after some scary moments for him,but id like to hear Hopkins opinion on this one

 

Pavlik by mid round KO, Trinidads style would be his undoing against Pavlik.

 

I think this comes down to how well does Pavlik handle Trinidad's power. No way does Pavlik go twelve without tasting Trinidad's left hook.

 

trinidad would win a fight against pavlik by late round k.o i believe that when he lost to hopkins was cause of that bull**** that went out two weeks before the fight with his mistress being pregnant and he wasnt able to complete his training cause of 9/11. even in the hopkins fight i think tito hurt him in the 4th round i believe when he had him against the ropes and hit him with a left hook

 

Prime undefeated Trinidad destroys an undefeated Pavlik cause even though Pavlik has power but nobody in boxing has ever beat Trinidad when stand toe2toe. Vargas try it but he got destroyed. Joppy try it but he got destroyed.

This poll is absurd. Pavlik would beat 7 shades of **** out of Tito. Trinidad would not see the end of 7. Pavlik eats small middleweights like a kid eatin' Skittles, and Joppy is the only legit middleweight Trinidad beat. The poll results are beyond bazzar!

 

I still say Tito by only KO. No decision for either fighter. Pavlik is too one dimentional for me. I believe he would make the mistake of trying to go toe to toe and get caught like he did with Taylor, but Tito would finish him off.
