I have a feeling you will say that booradley but we talking about a prime Trinidad who has ko his opponents when they try to trade with him. Vargas who was undefeated try to trade with Trinidad and look what happen. Joppy as you mention was a legit middleweight but you forgot that Joppy was a long reigning middleweight champion until he got destroyed by Trinidad. Ever since Joppy got destroyed by Trinidad, Joppy has never been the same again. Like i said Pavlik has power but so does Trinidad but Trinidad is quicker. Trinidad left hook will land first then Pavlik straight right hand.

I see this going each way.

Obviously Tito is the greater fighter...But his form at 160 its not better then Kelly's ..And especially if we are talking without handwraps, this bout is certainly interesting.

I tend to think Pavlik is a little stiff to beat Tito in a shootout, who is a little more fluid and versatile with his shot placement..He would land his fair share but he would eat a shitload in response. I dont think Kelly quite has the skills or consistency to outbox Tito at range either.

But I dont think Tito would win this early...Im not even sure he can do enough damage to force a stoppage by the mid rounds..And I have my doubts about his stamina holding up at 160 against a bigger man leading.
The one time he went into the later rounds at middle, he did look pretty tired..Granted he was getting beat up.

Thats my main concern here...If he has the ability to maintain his power and stamina like he did at 147-154..against a big middle like Kelly at 160.
If he does, late stoppage...If he doesnt, could go either way..Kelly might come from behind to stop him or rally late enough to bag a close points verdict.

Would be a great fight no matter what anyone says.

I used to have my doubts about Pavlik's chin..I was definitely not sold on him and thats why I wasnt surprised he lost to Hops..But he has proven he can take a licking against some big punchers, so I dont think its such an issue in this bout.

Well this is how I see it....Trinidad is not a middleweight at all, Kelly is a BIG middleweight,Tito got huge pop in his punches BUT so does kelly!!! Kellys proven to have a very good chin,Taking punches from Legendary Bernard Hopkins{Trinidad got KO by B-hop}Jermain Taylor and dangerous knockout artist Edison Miranda,I think its safe to say Pavlik would be Trinidads strongest opponent ever

I see the fight being competitive for the first 6 rounds,But Kelly size and power of his own would begin to take over and break down Trinidad,I see Kelly overwhelming Felix and begin to batter him and eventually will stop him in the 10th RND KP wins by TKO!!!

Trinidad doesn't suit Middleweight very well. Pavlik hits very hard too, and would probably stop Tito late in my estimation.

It's a fight that either man could end at just about anytime. I'll take Tito's overall superior arsenal, speed, and precision to get him past Pavlik's natural size and strength.

    Trinidad TKO 9

    Pavlik TKO 9

    160 is not Trinidads weight

Why you say that? Cause Trinidad 2 losses in middleweight was against slick great fighter in Hopkins and a great fighter that blocks greatly with a great jab Wright? Joppy defense is not close to Wright, Hopkins level and it shows when Trinidad destroyed Joppy. Style makes fights and Pavlik style is perfect for Trinidad. Pavlik has no defense what so ever. Yes Pavlik is a very strong fighter but that don't mean nothing with Trinidad who is a powerful puncher. The question is who can land there favorite punch first? Well since Trinidad is quicker then Pavlik, i'll take Trinidad left hook over Pavlik straight right hand anyday of the week.
