1,Usually by puerto ricans and other not very intelligent people

2,Puerto Rican fighters do get overrated so his nationality is relevant

3,the best Puerto Rican fighter Wilfredo Gomez got taken apart by a truly great great Mexican fighter and ever since Puerto Ricans have been searching for a new star , but they never seem to last when faced with truly world class opponents

What Mexican without plaster beat Cotto?

Wilfredo Gomez moved up in weight, was going on cruises with his wife and partying his ass off... Gomez rained for 2 weeks when he FINALLY lost to a Mexican ( Sanchez) Prior to that, he slaughtered 30 plus Mexicans.

For an island with less than 4 million people, PR holds it down in boxing. We don't need a population 107 million or plaster wraps/ steroids either. :good

I see your point. Neither him or Oscar had anything to do in a ring with BHop, much less with Jones. Way out of their fighting weight.
I felt that way after Tito vs Bhop fight

I don't think you read my post properly I never said cotto got beat by a Mexican I simply posted that the Puerto Ricans have been trying to find a replacement for Wilfredo Gomez ever since he got his bottom spanked by Sanchez and that every Puerto Rican fighters fails in the biggest fights .

On Gomez stop with the excuses he was beaten by a elite fighter it's just that simple

Cheatoe Trinidud isn’t a boxing legend and certainly isn’t in the same class of the likes of Money, Hopkins, Jones, Wright, etc. I mean ffs, look at the biggest names on his resume. He beat a way over the hill Hector Camachoe, a coked out over the hill Pernell Whitaker, a green and inexperienced Fernandoe Vargas, and an overrated walking target named Ricardoe Mayorga. Don’t give me that De La Hoya bull**** either, because any true fan can tell you Trinidud didn't *win* anything. Oscar gave it away by being a pu$$y in the late rounds. In the last 8 years of his career he only fought five times, and lost 3 of those in embarrassingly lopsided contests.

I understand Rican nuthuggers worship this cheating scumbag, but facts are facts! If Don King ever managed to ever get him in the ring again, it would only result in another embarrassing and horrific loss to an average fighter.
